1. Support Service Desk for IT Infra Front-End
- (IT accessories & small equipment, printing service, barcode scanners, communication TV, etc.): act as 1st layer of contact for Service Request Fulfillment, Incident Management.
2. Support HW & SW Preventive Maintenance for IT Infra Front-End
3. Support IT Inventory Management.
- Including 5S/ Safety tracking, ensure inventory data quality, stock management.
4. Support Documentation
- Support on IT user guide, work instructions, manuals, knowledge articles
- Support on raw data preparation & data presentation for ICO operational reports
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3rd or 4th year students with Engineering background or any related.
- Major in IT is very nice to have
- Average English communication & writing skill
- Good at Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint.
- Well-organizing, Integrity, Responsibility, Discipline
- Training is provided for all assigned tasks. Basic IT client hardware knowledge is nice to have.
