Colgate – Palmolive Internship Program is developed to bring highly qualified and motivated students with a diverse set of backgrounds into the global strategic toothbrush manufacturing site (My Phuoc) to work on projects linked to the plant strategy and to support CI programs at the essential functions. Its main purpose is to give successful candidates the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to gain more exposure and practical skills in Operation/Equipment/Digital & Data Analytics/ HR in a global FMCG environment.
WHAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE:
– Participate in Continuous Improvement projects
– Coordinate 5S and visual workplace improvement programs
– Work on automation projects
– Implement Internet of Things projects
– Develop and deliver HR projects
Yêu cầu công việc
Internships are open for students who:
- Enroll in a full-time engineering degree program in a field or subject area related to the work of the toothbrush manufacturing site, including but not limited to Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Industrial System Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, etc;
- Are available for a minimum internship duration of 02 month;
- Have a good command of English;
- Possess basic coding skill is a big plus;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills;
- Are capable of working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment;
- Final year students or fresh graduates are more preferred.

- Gross salary will be 8,500,000VND per month.
