The role of this position is to handle all reception and administrative tasks to support daily office operation and all business related requests from staff
– Answer the telephone, transferring calls and taking messages as appropriate
– Monitor meeting rooms, welcome guests
– Work with landlord
– Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists and supplier contacts
– Collect supporting documents related to billing and invoices from suppliers
– Maintain databases and files for the team
– Prepare payment documents per internal process (payments to suppliers) and perform payment to suppliers for minor/petty expenses.
– Arrange/handle purchasing of assets, office equipment, tools and stationery for office use
– Handle fixing tasks in office, arrange office cleaning, monitor tea ladies’ jobs
– Manage logistics for internal meetings and events
– Support the team in the production of documents, reports and correspondence and presentations
– Archive projects and maintains records
– Perform other tasks assigned by company/Admin Team Lead

- Qualifications: Graduated from related College or University
- Experience: at least 1 year with equivalent work experience
