- Monitor campaign to drive lead generations and ensure successful delivery of KPI’s. Lead campaign execution including advertising materials, channels performance to ensure campaign’s KPI is met and project timeline is on schedule.
- Plan, execute, analyze performance marketing campaigns across multiple Advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, etc)
- Optimize app, website traffic, landing page
- Update digital trends & tools, competitor strategy, buyers behavior, and acquisition landscape
- Propose ideas to drive lead generation, optimize conversion rate
- Coordinate with both internal and external teams to boost digital marketing activities and conversion funnels
- Optimize ad budgets and make standard reports
- Join brainstorming meetings, and other duties assigned
- 1+ Years of experience and good knowledge in digital performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and best practices
- Be able to handle multiple, competing projects
- Prior experience in B2B, e-commerce, retail market is a plus
- Analytical skills including a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics.
- Creative thinking. Willing to try new things. Can-do attitude. Good teamwork skills.
