English Town is looking for passionate teachers who have a flair for working with interesting adults. JOB DETAILS:
- Working time: from 19:00 to 21:30 (Monday to Saturday) (can receive extra teaching hours in day time if you’re available).
- Work locations: According to the center’s arrangement (District 3, District 10, Tan Binh district,…)
- Salary (gross): 12,000,000 – 30,000,000vnd/month
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The teachers will lead a variety of classes throughout the day, give regular feedback, support, and motivate the students.
- Preparing carefully lesson plans to teach students based on English Town’s learning materials, ensuring students’ understanding and the effectiveness of the class.
- Joining and supporting the company’s events/projects.
- Attending internal training relating to new programs as required.
- Review and take relevant actions to improve the situation when receiving feedback relating to your teaching skill/style to ensure the class’s quality.

COMPULSORY:
- Have a passion for teaching and a commitment to real English education with a spirit of progress and continuous learning for self-improvement.
- Have excellent English ability (good pronunciation, mastering grammar knowledge), and an active, powerful teaching style.
- Be good at conveying and explaining to deliver well the knowledge to students.
- Have the ability to motivate students with their learning with a dynamic, creative, and professional approach to teaching.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional in both dress, appearance, and attitude.
- Be open-minded to take and give feedback.
ADDITIONAL:
- Graduating with majoring in English.
- Understanding well the knowledge relating to teaching methodologies.
- Having at least 1 to 2 years of experience working with adult students in the English education field is preferred. (more experience will be an advantage).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
