• Delivers Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
• Ensures that F&B products are being served in a professional and timely manner
• Engages to guests in order to deliver best service experience and increase loyalty
• Shares recommendations and guest comments to superiors to reflect current customer profile
• Presents menu/ drinks list, answer enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests
• Takes orders and serve food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures
• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
• Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
• Team player and ability to work under pressure
• Ambitious and eager to learn and grow
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency
• Must be fluent in Vietnamese and able to communicate, read and write English
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays
