* Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

* Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationship

* Attends and participates in daily briefings, other meetings and training sessions as scheduled

* Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel

* Ensures to provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

* Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language

* Ensures that the outlet is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise

* Ensures all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner

* Maximises revenue in the outlet by implementing upselling procedures

* Ensure a reasonable usage of the hotel’s collaterals, equipment and resources

* Actively pursue cost saving measures, recycle wherever possible

* Have the full knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and as well as the current information on all general activities of the hotel

* Take telephone bookings and document in the Reservation book according to departmental standards * Be a natural and confident communicator both face to face and on the telephone

* Assists with food and beverage service when required * Assists with telesales for outlet promotions when required

* Aware and familiar with measures and procedures to follow during emergency situations

* Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety

* Complies with hotel rules and regulations

* Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
