*Description:
– Liaising between Guests and Partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as additional travel advice, and complaints or questions about application (tour, time ticket, problems about hospitality,…)
– Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. – Report immediately serious cases/ inconstant situations.
– Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
– Proactive update information/ knowledge about customer service
*Salary: 8 – 12M
Probation 2 months, full 100% salary
Benefits – Social insurance, nightshift & OT allowance
– 14 days off, 13th Monthly Salary
*Working Time: – 5 days/week, random off 2 days/week.
– Shift: rotating shifts 24/7, 9 hours/shift (including 1.5 hours of rest).
