A. Job Summary:

– Collaborate with departments (Logistics, Sales, Trade Marketing) and 3rd PLs to manage, support, control and supervise the receipt of goods, storage of inventory, including data management and factual classification, commodity status; Control the implementation of VAS activities and ship to customers.

– Monitoring the operation of 3rd PLs to ensure and continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of service activities; To promptly solve problems related to goods forwarding and storing.

B. Job Description:

* Import goods:

– Co-ordinate with 3rd PLs and Exim to arrange the delivery schedule to ensure:

+ Match current inventory level

+ The actual quantity of goods received

+ Status of goods when warehousing

– Manage information, progress and quantity of goods returned from customers

* Stock management:

– Ensure the goods are classified & stored in the correct area

– Manage timely updating of goods status

– Access history, goods delivery status

– Monitor shelf life of stock

– Coordinate with FIN to carry out stock count and reconcile data on the system

– Follow up slow moving/ obsoleted/close to expiry date & hold block stock with all stakeholders (3rd PL vendor, purchaser, factory, Sale, trade MKT) to request packing material & repack. Lead this monthly meeting with sale/MKT

– Follow & proceed to destroy stock

– Supervise warehouse operations to continuously improve the process to minimize errors, improve efficiency

* Cargo transportation

– Coordinate with Exim to produce samples

– Ensure the goods are exported in accordance with the process and regulations

– Manage 3rd PL vendor to ensure delivery OTIF

– Solve all issue in delivery, pro-active provide solution and follow up

* Inventory management System SAP:

– Updated Master data (CBM, dimension, weight, …)

– Create SO for sampling, packinging usage, write off stock, local stock transfer & receipt (between North-South)

* 3rd PL vendor management & reporting|:

– Manage, plan, negotiate prices with contractors and supervise the implementation their services

– Guide & manage 3rd PL vendor to build & maintain all relating reports to meet company requirements

– Ensure billing from all vendors is correct & accuracy

– Manage warehouse status and ask contractors to strengthen warehouse status
