A. Job Summary:

• Assist in the execution of marketing plans to deliver commercial targets.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Agency and Operations departments to ensure of operational tasks in alignment with marketing strategy of the assigned brand(s)

B. Job description:

* Brand activities

• Participating in development marketing plans with Senior Brand Manager/ Head of Marketing
• Monitoring and executing marketing activities of brands.
• Closely working with Agencies (PR, TV, Digital, Event, OOH) to develop and execute in each campaigns
• Monitoring the processes of creative asset (TVC, KV, POSM, Digital format..)
• Following up with the development POSM to ensure the distribution of POSM is adequate and timely for the campaign.
• Following up and evaluating each program/campaign for reporting and getting key learning.

* New product development

• Closely working with NPD team to develop new product and ensure product launching on time.
• Monitoring and tracking performance after launching.

* Analysis & Report

Analyzing internal sales, retail audit, competitor activities in monthly/ quarterly

* Research

Closely working with related partners (in-house or outsource) to do research for TVC evaluation/ Brand health check/ Product evaluation/ Concept test….by both qualitative and quantitative method.
