Finding customers who need to rent apartments and offices.
Capture customer needs, support and advise customers to find high-class apartments for rent in the center of Ho Chi Minh City.
Make an appointment and show guests the house.
Negotiate prices, contract terms and conditions between customers – landlords.
Support customers to sign contracts.
Support and take care of customers during the process of renting and staying at the apartment.
Maintain good relationship with customers, landlords and partners.

Sales experience is an advantage, no experience will be trained.
Good foreign language and communication skills, confidence and initiative in work.
Basic office computer skills.
Responsible, meticulous, diligent, honest, careful, serious at work
